Costs and Payments
Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card and must be received in full 3 working days prior to the course start date. A one-week tuition deposit must be paid immediately upon booking by credit card or by bank transfer. No new bookings will be received after Wednesday for programmes starting the following Monday. A booking confirmation will only be sent when the full payment has been received. Bank details are provided on the invoice. Payment must include all bank transfer charges (including intermediary bank charges).
Refund of Funds
Refunds will not be issued to users engaging in fraudulent activities or violating our Terms and Community Guidelines, as determined at our sole discretion. Users deactivated for such reasons are also ineligible for refunds. If your subscription was acquired through third-party services, please refer to their refund policies.
Guide to Registration
To utilize the Service's full features, you must hold a valid company account. Registration requires you to provide a username, valid email address, and other necessary details ("Registration Data"). During this process, you will select a secure password and username for your profile. You are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Use your account individually and refrain from sharing it.
- Immediately report any unauthorized access or security breaches to the company in writing.
- Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Regularly update your Registration Data to keep it accurate, complete, and current.
- Modify your personal data anytime through the "Settings" on your account profile.
- If a Paid Service is suspended or canceled, your access to any related information may be terminated, for which the company disclaims any responsibility for data loss.
- Guard your account and any Paid Services you purchase against unauthorized or fraudulent use. Immediately report any suspicious activity to the company.
- Refunds for payments made before reporting unauthorized or fraudulent account activity are not issued. The company reserves the right to close or cancel accounts used for unauthorized or fraudulent activities.
- Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any aspect of the Paid Services without express written permission from the company is strictly prohibited.
- The company disclaims any liability for losses or damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.
